[request] animated AIM icon

I was hoping someone talented on here could make me an animated icon out of the image here

All I want is the side lights to flash and scroll, I don't really need the center portion to change, but w/e looks best.

Also, if that picture is unusable, a similar one would be great, just as long as its cartoony.

EDIT: Also, if you could take out the background and make it transparent that'd be even cooler.

I can do this myself but I'm just lazy haha, plus I know you guys will do it better.

Exactly, if you could possibly add some more light animations to it like they all light up 1 at a time or it scrolls without stopping.
