Coachella Video

So i was watching a video of coachella 06, and when it got to daft punk it looks like they did some kind of light check before the show. it happens at about 5:00 and it just shows the pyramid flashing different colors with no music playing. It seems weird to me that they would do that with no curtain down or anything. Ive never seen any other videos of this before either.

Huh, interesting. I kinda feel like maybe this has been posted before, certainly simlar tests have been seen, but not with the crowd already there... Thanks for posting.

I think they were probably just testing it...if they didn't have time or something.

They probably had no time to test it earlier because they couldn't set the pyramid up earlier, so they decided to run it right before concert... I remember that in Poland the pyramid was on stage all day, but pushed back a little and hidden behind the curtain... every band before Daft Punk was performing with those light triangles on stage :)
