For all of you who have sat through the intire Electroma film, the thought had to have crossed your mind... Where did all the Helmets go? It looked as if there where over 100 Thomas or Guy-Manuel Helmets in the movie. Where did they all go? I have been looking to purchase or make one but if so many are floating around why are they so hard to find? If anyone has one that is pretty realistic I'm interested in buying one.

I bet most of the actors kept them (if they were allowed to that is) I know I would've.

They showed up in the December Dazed & Confused article, the orchestra was wearing them in the pics. So I guess they keep them in storage somewhere.

And for all your helmet making/acquiring needs, stop by the fan made section.

I heard they were going to be sold after the movie. At least some producers said that. I guess Daft punk didn't want that, which I think is understandable. Indeed, they've been kept and used for the dazed and confused article. Daft Punk must've gotten quite a sum for that article

They are in storage at Daft Arts; used as backups and for other times when they need more than one helmet (dazed and confused magazine shoot)

Sorry for coming late to the party but I didn't even think of that! I remember thinking of how much that shoot must have cost with all the helmets and shizz.

once again- in storage at Daft Arts. I asked an employee at Alterian Inc. about what happened to them after they finished Electroma and they are property of Daft Arts for backup helmets and photoshoots.

Like all the others said, they are in storage at Daft Arts. I can completely understand why they wouldn't sell them. If you want one, there's tons of videos on YouTube on how to make them. There's even a thread on here that has a link to one of the best YouTube videos on how to make them. I'd make one myself, but I'm only 11 years old, so I don't think my parents would buy all the equpment to make a realistic one. They just don't get how obsessed I am with Daft Punk! I don't listen to any other music. I ONLY listen to Daft Punk! THEY ARE MY LIFE! [=

I'd make one myself, but I'm only 11 years old, so I don't think my parents would buy all the equpment to make a realistic one. They just don't get how obsessed I am with Daft Punk!

The fact that your parents will not buy you power tools and dangerous chemicals is only an exercise of good judgement and parenting on their part, they have your best interests in mind even if it doesn't seem like it.

Don't worry, Daft Punk isn't going anywhere, and you have the rest of your life to make a helmet.

And believe it or not there is more to life than Daft Punk ;)
