Please Help (No this is not a "I need to buy a helmet thread") :)

I have searched but don't have the time or money to build a machine. I need someone who owns a vacuum forming machine. I need my visor piece vacuum formed for my Guy Manuel helmet. My helm is shaped differently from those I've seen. Can anyone help me out please?

Wish I could be of help!

If you can't find anyone willing to help you, perhaps there are some local businesses in your area that offer vacuum forming services?

Or you could bite the bullet and make your own. I've seen some very cheap home made vacuum formers that get the job done just fine.

If there's a school of design or something near you you might be able to talk them into letting you use the vacuum forming machine they very likely have. You may have to "grease the wheels" so-to-speak to gain access though.

I am willing to help you if you will pay the shipping. You will need to ship your forming mold to me to make the visor. I assume you only need one or two.

Thank You Sporgo! I was gonna order one from you but my helmet seems oddly shaped to me. I will get pics of my helm for some and I'll try and get the visor cut out this week. So I can ship it.
