Daft Punk Discovery Beta Edition

Hey guys I recently just stumbled upon a daft punk discovery beta edition and it has some tracks that weren't released on the discovery lp. I googled around and found that there are some claims about it being fake and I would just like to know if these tracks are fake or not?

All tracks on Discovery Beta that isn't on the actual Discovery LP are fakes, except the one with Around The World in it, which is Tee's Frozen Sun Mix of said track if I recall correctly. I think Discovery Beta was released by Pierre Stupide or something along those lines?

Mostly fakes and fan edits, some songs are really nice though, especially the one labeled 'Short circuit'.
