That's pretty awesome man! I look everywhere for helmet replicas and never seem to find anyy :( but still, i've always preferred Thomas' helmet, simply 'cus it's SO old school :D If you ever make any or find some, let me now :) thanks :D

Are you Omartinomar on Ebay? If you are I have seen your helmets. Impressive! I think they have gone down in quality, your earlier ones had more of a sleek look, they are a bit more bulky now, but still very good!:happy2:

i actually use very thin but still strong wood, bondo, and shined it with a special clear coat.

thanks for noticing but im actually making them with better material now and more accurate blueprints. their not always perfect but their looking good =]
