Considering thats an extended edit made by a youtube dude, you'd have to assume it's the other way around.

And no, the extended edit wasn't by the random YouTube guy, he just did that egotistical thing where you say that the video with absolutely no original content is "by" you because you put a photo slideshow over it. The remix is real, from the Daft Club album. The sound in question does indeed appear a lot in their music; I'd have to check to make sure but I think it might even be muffled in the background somewhere in the original Aerodynamic.
