For those who don't know, Air are a french electronic band who are so good at making the most relaxing, comfortable songs.

Arguably their most successful and best album is 'Moon Safari', an album with long, sleepy songs and short pop hits, making and excellent listen

I have downloaded Talkie Walkie and the future Pocket Symphony and I really like the albums. "Run" is a ****ing amazing song.

air definitely has a unique chill sound but i'm not really into it as much as others.. but then again i've only heard like 2 songs from them so i guess its time to get back on limewire

I love Air.

air are a fantastic band.moon safari is the best chillout album ever.while i like 10,000 hz,its not quite as good.love talkie walkie though.there are some awesome songs on the new album to.i <3 napalm love. went to see them instead of crappy snow patrol at oxegen too.worth it :D

i do have it actually,i didnt list it for the sake of chronology.but yes,its a wonderful cd Le soleil est près de moi is one of my favourite songs ever,and my favourite air song.i also have the virgin suicides ost,which is good too,but a bit overrated by the fact that its in "the 1001 albums you must here before you die" book.

Moon Safari is a very good album, but it doesn't hit the heights of brilliance that 10000 Hz Legend does. Moon Safari is simply nice, whereas their second album is musical perfection. Very very few albums are overall better than 10000 Hz.

hmmm...i imagine you would be somewhat in the minority on that front boutboulman.its considered,if not their worst,then one of their worst releases.i thought it was a bit underrated at first,but now,apart from how does it make you feel and radio no.1,i dont tend to listen to it very much.

Doesn't make me incorrect. It's by far their best album (not that I've heard their latest), and most proffesional reviews agree. The problem is most people judge compared to Moon Safari. Which is silly since the two are vastly different.
Trust me, whether you like the album or not, it's pretty much a 10/10 over the course of the whole thing.

Oh god I can agree with that as being an awesome song.

Also, for the Air fans I suggest some Zero 7. Their first album follows Moon Safari sound. Really powerful stuff in some of their songs.

possibly we're coming from two completely different angles but i think most reviewers believe moon safari is the best air album still. it didnt recieve incredible reviews at first but nowadays when you see a critic talking about air,theyll refer to moon safari almost exclusively as their best effort.

i looooove napalm love from pocket symphony.they came onstage to that when i saw them and i nearly had a fit.back then it was the only song i really liked off their new album (and it was the only one they played,which i was really happy about)
