so anyway, school was torture today cause i was so sick, but here were a few good highlights:

in gym we were listening to this really bad rap song cause thats what the people put on, and all of a sudden parts of the song were skipping and repeating and stuff and it actually sounded really good and i got all excited. but it turned out the radio was broken... i was super upset.

everyone took this super hard essay test on the last book/poems we were reading in english last week. and we didnt get them back yet, but my teacher read what the grades were, and mine was in there, so i either got a 94 or a 98 cause those were the only two A's, hah... but IM SUPAH EXCITED CAUSE IT WAS SO HARD!

So, crap day for me. Heres an overview:

- Woke up at 6.30am to watch a F1 race that i thought would start at 7. It started at 8. And it was utter crap. Not worth it at all.

- Spent a boring morning.

- Was tormented all day by the fact that i had to go get my bus pass back from a friend who i lent it yesterday. I told my mom that and she almost went bezerk.

- Then my mom started to ramble about studying and school grades, and if i failed a test, i "would pay".

- So from about 3 to 5 i was studying Applied Math.

- At 5 i was going to meet my friend and my mom calls me. She was saying all the folders in her laptop dissapeard. (I did that by accidentally deleting my mom's personal folder, which had documents, music, games, etc... I manage to get all back but the games and applications, but nothing was sorted. I just created a folder for documents, games and music. Nothing is sorted apart from that.) So she noticed, and pointed fingers at me. I lied and said no. She bought it.

- Im leaving to meet my friend, which we appointed for 5. I leave home, walk 10 meters and then she textes me saying: "Make that at 6. Im gonna be late." I became pissed and went back home till about 5.20 when she texted me again saying 5.30 was okay.

- Waited for her over 15 minutes. I got to the park at 5.30 with her asking where i was. She was at home still.

- Came back and took a COLD bath.

And here i am. Pissed. Only joy of the day was when i was coming back home and a bike rider with a Stig-like helmet passed by.

but hey, if you want some cheering up, my dads shower is WAY WORSE! (its so burning hot when you turn it on that you cant even go in the water for 10 minutes. then its the perfect temperature for 3 and immediately turns ice cold for the rest of the time. worst. shower. ever. youll get third degree burns and frostbite all in the course of 20 minutes! =]

I threw my phone at the wall because i didn't get a text message.

Anyways, I just got back from this Maths thing, it was a talk about how Maths GCSE are important, and what the grades are etc. When the teacher person was overlooking the topics on "Mod 1" there was a topic on Questionnaires. Some parent started asking why it was necessary to learn about questinnaires, and that when he was at school, he never needed to learn them. It was soooo imbarrasing. Also, my phone went off in the middle of the presontation, "ONE MORE TIME, TOGETHER, DUN DUN DUNDUN, DUNDUNDUN" I jumped up and screamed, it scared the **** out of me...

I still remember the day I took my braces off, I was so freakin' glad, I think I celebrated with DP music as well, or maybe that was when I got accepted to the university, I can't remember.

But anyway, it was a happy day, I had them on me for 4 years!

Yesterday the orthodontists took out the wire to replace a new one, and while the wire was gone my tongue felt in between my teeth, and my teeth were so soft! EEE soft, actual teeth!

god i've had such a ****-ass day today :/
Got to school this morning, walking in to my form tutor shouting at me for not getting my journal out, he was like "GET YOUR JOURNAL OUT.." then I said "I'm getting it out, don't shout please..." "IF YOUR TIRED, DONT BE TIRED...." "I can't technically help if I'm tired", thankfully the bell went for Period 2, Maths.
The teacher had the radiators on throughout the double lesson, and wouldn't let us take our blazers off. PSHCE wasn't that bad. Double English wasn't that bad neither, we read through "Our Day Out", I had my iPod playing, i got it taken off me, I got it back at the end of the lesson, I was sat next to one of my good friends, she was reading too.. I had my hand on the table, she grabbed mine, then we started swinging our arms around, then somebody turned around and shouted "ITS LIKE KATIE AND PETER" (Katie Price and Peter Andre :S ).
Then after dinner I had Buisiness Communications, our teacher is normally nice.. not today, she was in the foulest mood of all, she normally lets us have earphones in as long as we were working quietly, so, I had mine in, doing my work on the computer until she comes over to me and pulls them out of my ear, and takes my iPod off me again, I asked her why, her response was "My policy is that NO EARPHONES in my lesson, at all" I replied with "Well... what about the other 20 odd people, and the last 2 1/2 months?" she just walked off and tutted. Then, I went to go and print off my work off the printer, I got out of my seat and was greeted to "BACK TO YOUR SEAT AND JOURNAL OUT FOR A FRIDAY BREAKTIME DETENTION" and I was like "what? I got out of my seat to give you my work..." she had none of that, me and 15 other people all have detentions now, she never explained this 'No Out Of Seat rule' to anyo of us, apparently, she did. So I got back to my seat, to get my journal out, I held it up in the air for about 10 mins, waiting for her to come and get her, I shouted her, 1 second I was told. Eventually, I gave up and put the journal back in my bag, she then came over and shouted in my face, asking me why I didn;t have my journal out. Cos she pissed me off so much , I started to correct every little thing she was doing, like mis-pronouncing words, not using capitol letters, all the things to piss me off.

i had my braces on for less than two years, but i really cant imagine four. mine werent that bad compared to other people though- i never had to get spacers or rubber bands or *gulp* a palette expander like my cousin got. all i had was a chain to close up the gap between my front two teeth, and it didnt really even hurt that much. im just glad i can floss normally again!


so today in gym we're playing handball, (weird sport, btw) and my leg has been hurting sort of all week and i never really paid any attention to it, right. so then two people are running at me because the ball slipped out of their hands, so theyre on the opposite team so im trying to grab the ball before they do, and one of them knocks into me, but im sort of hard to knock over so i just twist out of the way and stay up while they fall down, and i could just feel this muscle in my leg like POP. it hurt so much, i couldnt even move for the last 2 minutes of the game and i had to tell my teacher i couldnt play any more, because i probably strained it ON TOP of the strain i already had on it... so i had to sit on the bleachers, closing my eyes and trying to take a deep breath so i wouldnt start panicking or anything (i felt a little dizzy and really worried) and i had to limp the entire rest of the day. my leg STILL hurts even now...

i just really hope im not going to be receiving a zero in that class today for participation... cause ive been getting 14's and 16's lately out of 20 for the class... =P

Gotta love handball. Right now we're playing football (American football, not soccer/football sadly) and I'm crap at it. Plus, we were playing against the most competitive asses around. So, i was walking down the street yesterday when i saw some posters for concerts and other stuff. And then i saw one about this chick playing somewhere and then i saw on the bottom "Afterparty"
And the DJ for it is a member of one of the most known portuguese Rock n' Roll bands! I mean, what? Since when do you see Paul McCartney spinning tunes? Or Elvis mixing in a club?

Today, i was on my way to catch the bus, and there were some posters up for a small festival. And then i see:
"Day 2: Super Bock Mega Party (Super Bock is the main sponsor for it. Its a beer brand.) Featuring: Some dude i didnt read the name and..."
The other DJ is a juvenil channel comedy show host!

Everyone wants to be a bloody DJ nowadays. Since when do you see Bob Barker pumping in a show? Or Dan Rather messing in Ableton in his set?

penzance: not alot here to be honest: got some shopping done!

newquay / zoo: the zoo here is bleeding tiny! 30 quid and it took me and my sisters half hour to see it all. bleh. (EDIT!: I WANTS A ZEBRA AND A TARANTULA AND SOME TURKEYS FROM THE ZOO SO I MIGHT GO STEAL THEM SOME DAY! THEYRE SO CUTE!!!)

Bodmin: went to the only steam railway in cornwall here, the bodmin & wenford steam railway. was pretty cool, because i uised to be into steam LOADS when i was younger. also: we got lost in boscarne forest here.

I think im starting to have some hearing problems.
I was studying with some music and my headphones on, on level 7 (out of 10) and my mom came in and she said to turn it down. The only level that i couldnt hear the sound without the headphones on my ears was 2 and i could barely hear anything. My mom put them on and she said it was fine.

seriously, theyre a billion times slower. its something to do with the way they handle mathmatics, PC just Pwns them hard at the 3d rendering for game/movie making.

Also, Macs are becoming PC's anyways ish, what with them using intel and whatnow, or being able to use windows i hear? (i dont read too much into macs, so im not 100% sure bout the last bit)

And contrary to popular belief, there are viruses for macs. Not to mention NON-widespread support for most everything PC's get for macs.
