I'M HAVING A JAM SESSION WITH MEH BAND AND A PARTY AND MY FRIEND IS GOING TO BRING ME A COOKIE. I'M HAPPY. AND NERVOUS. BUT HAPPY.

So, i went to the subway station to get my bus pass renewed for the month and as was walking back, on the street ahead of my house and that i do every day to go to the bus stop, i was looking down and i heard a woman scream. I look up and i see a woman on her knees and a middle-aged bald man running down the street. I was too far away to catch him, or i would, but by the time i got there i already had lost him and there was no hope. I left the woman with another woman and a tow truck guy that were nearby. That worries me a bit, cause i do that walk every day in the morning and afternoon so im gonna have more fear walking up the street.

But, as i got to my entrance door, i was going to get my keys, when i realized i had no keys. Felt like an idiot. So i waited about 30 minutes outside until someone was leaving and opened the door, and went inside. I still couldnt get inside the house, though. So i waited 20 more minutes at my front door, until my neighbours came in and invited me in.
After a while, my mom came back and i went to see if i left the keys at home or i had lost them at the station. They were home.

And so am i and here we are.

well.. our beautiful backwards country of Britain (I think) had the warmest Winter on record this past Winter, and we only got snow once, in February :S
And we don't really have much a a Summer neither.
They should invent a season especially for us, coz I swear, the weathers just the same all year round,

first of all, canada ftw. i didn't see where it said april on that so now the picture makes more sense. i live in edmonton.
I remember a few years back, florida got about 5 cm of snow and it mostly melt before it hit the ground and it got to -8. There was mass panic, all the stores closed and schools were shut down and everyone ran in their houses. Its so hard for for people around here to believe that some people have never expierienced snow, but i guess it happens.
btw, it was 31 yesterday in the sahara desert. I cant imagine november being that hot.

I'm at, I'd say, a quarter way through Sandtrap, the part where I can't touch the damn sand, or I get mauled and eaten by Sandlions... I saw my path and how I could only touch about 10% of the floor and just went "Bugger this" and turned off my 360.

I was really giddy about Obama's win last night. I realize politicians are never cure-all's, but this was at least a small step in the right direction for the US right now. His speech was excellent. It felt like maybe voting yesterday for the first time was kind of worthwhile. And yeah, I'll admit McCain's losing (nyah!) speech was even pretty great.

all in all its been such a good day. i (and most people in my school) are in a great mood cause of the election, i got 2 good grades on english assignments, and actually had fun in gym today! gasp! (but i love sockey anyway so it was basically a give-in.)

Me and pretty much 99.9% of the people I know are really miffed about the election. not so much that Obama won, but that they declared him winner before even counting the Western states, and based the victory off of exit-polls, and didn't include mail-ins.

We proposed 3 plans for escaping Obama's America.
1) Move to Canada. On of my friends has tons of family there, and she says they have some 'connections'.
2) Buy and/or forcibly take over an offshore oil rig, and declare it a sovereign nation. We won't have copyright laws, and therefor we will make our money off of pirating movies and music. Once we get enough, we'll start and indie film/music company and studio. I also proposed we build an exclusive nightclub.
3) Get some nuclear subs, attach them together, paint them yellow, and cruise the world. We all live in yellow submarine, baby! If we need to hide, we'll just head to the arctic circle.

If you would like to be in on this as well, tell me, I'll put your name on the list, and we can start raising funds now.

so...im quitting, basically. mainly from showing anyone my future music, kind of what i used to do (keep it secret) especially because of certain critisisms from certain people here.

However, i might still continue making music but only for myself and people who ask. unfortunately that means i probably wont post "Dark House" here. But may post "Dark Christmas" when i finish it. sorry, but ive had enough of none recognition, its just getting me too angry/jelous.

so i had mah friend's sister's bat mitzvah yesterday.

all in all, it was actually really fun. the service was short. and i had good friends there. and we actually danced! gasp!

but im never wearing a strapless dress evah AGAIN! (i was so afraid it was going to fall down, especially during the dances where i was forced to hold people's hands so i couldnt pull it back up. ahhh!)

It's not that it's lazier, it's just that there's absolutely no advantage of a manual over an automatic. It's like the musicians who think 2116kbps isn't enough resolution for a sound file. But in reality the human ear can't tell the difference of anything over 192kbps. They only say that because they're used to tape which is uncompressed, so they seem to think it's better. However we have new technology now, and it has far more advantages. Back to gear boxes, automatics are safer because you can have both hands on the wheel. They're also cheaper than manuals when you buy a car. Furthermore they shift faster than the average person can.

Automatics are good for in the city. Manuals not so much, because of all the stopping and starting at instersections. On a highway, however, you can really cook it in a manual.

Gah. I was so tired this evening I fell asleep on the couch in the middle of The Simpsons (which coincidentally was the episode that aired on my exact birth date) and I didn't wake up until about five hours later when I was called up for dinner.

My weekend has sucked... my dad had a seizure and passed out. my stepmom had to call 911 and the medics took him to the hospital... luckily hes alright and he was out in two hours from the hospital... i was so worried, i almost cried.but hes ok and im relieved but still depressed
