I'll have a glass of it if there's some in the house, but because my Mum is a dental nurse, we rarely have a lot of soft drinks in the house, as she's convinced me that they will rot your teeth faster than thought. This has added to the OC side in me. Most of the time, I drink water or milk, but now I'm on an apple juice binge. It's tasty, but doesn't really quench your thirst. Milk is a big drink for me, because I read that your calcium intake stops when you turn seventeen, for girls, I think it's sixteen? And me legs have a wee curve to them. It's not too noticeable, just when I look down, I can kinda see it.

Imho, Water + Milk > 7Up> Fanta > Dr. Pepper > Coke.

ok guys so i went to get my tatt finished tonight. i dunno what was up, but that WAS THE MOST PAINFUL THING EVER. my muscle wouldnt stop spazzing and i could barely take it...i was almost in tears. and i have 8 other tattoos including one huge one on my side. you think it would have been fine! it must have been the area, the outside of my thigh, but HOLY CRAP. i also wouldnt stop bleeding.
so it's still not done. hopefully with a fresh needle and not already being tortured, it will get done next time. arg. i feel like such a wimp!

Personally I think France just lack motivation - the whole handball thing against Ireland in qualification and the manager is it that's leaving? Also, I think the defenders are fairly lazy which showed against Mexico. But all is not lost yet - just requires a huge stroke of luck.

well i was going to say Comcast has known to throttle in the past, but it seems you already knew that... but i think that was usually only to heavy downloaders. how much/often do you download?

there might be ways to get around it. i usually hear it being mentioned/discussed at lifehacker (http://lifehacker.com), so maybe if you do a search over there you can get information on how to tell if you're actually being throttled and if so whether there are any workarounds.

Parsley, while not a true spice, has no long-term health effects. But it can make you pretty whacked out your first time. I remember my first hit of parsley. I was walking through windows.

From a professional standpoint, I'd suggest cinnamon if you're feeling down. Oregano is pretty relaxing. If you're going to a party, you can always bring some cloves. Turmeric is scary, I wouldn't touch it.

And if you're filthy funking rich, go for saffron.

unfortunately, i wont be enjoying myself. the only reason why im there is because i (along with my mom and my aunt) have to take care of my grandmother who is in the nursing home while her caretakers (my other aunt and uncle) are on vacation. so i have to go to a house fulla old peeps for five hours a day (each meal time) to help feed my grandmother. that means i only have like 3 hours in the afternoon to do something and then any time at night after 8 pm. so i can't even go to the beach if i wanted to or stuff =/
