so anyway. i am so bored these days, that i watched 3 hours of sarah palin's alaska last night. surprisingly, it was an entertaining show. and i am officially adding dog mushing to my bucket list. now i'm researching alaska, cause i'm still bored. so i thought i'd entertain you guys with a couple of facts about alaska:

Me and my family are doing a themed NYE party like we always do. Unfortunately though, this year's theme is St.Trinian's. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Trinian's_(film)) Joy. (This is the problem when you have 4 sisters deciding on what they want to do for NYE. -_-)

But forget that, all I want to do is wear a tuxedo, wear a paper bag on my head and act like 2ManyDj's (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e9/2_Many_DJs-Radio_Soulwax_2.jpg) like I did last year. I felt so groovy. :3

Dressing up specially for an occasion is great fun, especially if it's a rather silly costume. I wore a 'Big Bad Wolf' outfit (In reality, the Werewolf in the Granny's nightclothes off Little Red Riding Hood.) around one of my mate's villages and we just walked round like a set of Halloweeny freaks. It was really fun though, and I've still got the costume ^_^ I know what you mean though, 8-bit, a tuxedo is nothing like a halloween costume...just thought i'd share xD

curry was my first meal in Japan (first two meals, if you count the curry pan i had for breakfast lol), and my meal on the way back. lol

you are definitely right about thai curry though. last time i had it it was at a nice Thai restaurant and it was so spicy it made my eyes water and nose run a bit. on a 3 (out of 5) and i'm not a spicy wimp (i'm not a champ either tho lol). also, Thai iced tea = best. that is all. <3

So just wanted to give you guys a little update on my life. As some of you know I used to be Security Bike Patrol at the Philadelphia Museum of Art before I left for training. I can't remember if I told you guys or not, but I quit that job because of a conflict of interest, that I really don't feel like going into right now, and left the company. I went back to the company before I left for training to see if I could get my job back when I came back. They said they'd be thrilled to have me back, but obviously I couldn't work at the museum again.

I recently met with AlliedBarton (the contract security company) and they found a new site for me to work at. My new job I make about $14/hr, and I get to be Bike Patrol again. It's a really cool job, I work for the University City District doing patrols on bicycle. It's pretty much what I did at the museum except on a much larger scale. We cover roughly 60 square city blocks of West Philadelphia, and we work hand-in-hand with University of Pennsylvania Police & Security, Drexel University Police and Security, and Philadelphia Police.

I'm really pumped for this job guys, it's an awesome opportunity for me to advance. If I impress enough people, someday I might get hired by Penn or Drexel PD, or even Philly PD. If you guys wanna see more about what I do, check this out:
