Anyways, as a NY resolution, I thought that I needed to get out more, explore the world, take a chance, blah blah etc. So I recently decided to go on a college trip to Madrid for a week. Mostly we're just sightseeing there but the main thing we're going for is to see the 'Guernica' painting by Picasso.

[COLOR="royalblue"]Thanks, guys. No-one was seriously hurt, no ambulances or hospitals needed or anything, me, mum and my brother were just in shock. Turns out the car that stopped us had literally skidded off the road about two minutes before us and was talking to someone who stopped to help. They turned away for a minute and the next thing they knew, we were in the field. We didn't roll over, or anything, thank God. We just got our stuff, Mum was almost in tears, trying to make sure we were okay and she rang Dad to collect us, and there was glass everywhere. Mum's door had to be wrenched open and Ciarán couldn't get out of the car and his leg was bumped. We got home fine, missed school and all that jazz. The car had to be written off and we got a shiny new Ford Fiesta as a courtesy car. And Lisa [sister] made Mum swear she'd never get another Citroen car, as this is [I think] the second or third we've had lost to a crash.

its a shame too. because i clicked to see what seats i would have gotten... and they were great seats.
