Gah, I graduated from high school 10 years ago. Doesn't look like anybody from my graduating class is industrious enough to put a reunion together though (and I'm not doing it, haha.) *shrug*

a lot of my acquaintances from high school have kids and/or are married. like... i graduated six years ago. dat ****'s freaky.

i decline a lot of friend requests from people from my first hs that i don't give a **** about, but i keep pretty much everyone from my second hs because regardless of whether we were good friends or even really friends at all, we had that one special experience together.

I had a lot of acquaintances, but no real close friends, so I haven't heard from anyone since graduation. But also I only went to this high school for the last 3 years, so I didn't have much of a chance to really bond with anyone. However, I grew up in a town about 25 miles from San Francisco and was there through my first year of high school, so I guess I could crash their reunion instead :D Haha, but I've kind of lost contact with my friends there as well... I'm just useless.

I guess now that social networks are more prevalent, it will be easier to keep in contact with friends from school. But only if you really keep up the effort to stay in contact with them, because people can grow apart very easily. I had some really close friends from when I was about 12 years old, and I kept up with most of them for a long time. But distance, college, careers, and just plain time took their toll eventually, and now I don't really talk to anyone from the old days (plus I'm a bit of a flake, admittedly.)

Met Yaya from Yayacosplay and died right there asdf. All in all, fun weekend, nothing much, almost fell out of a three story drop, played in the elevator. Also religious protestors came saying we are "Bondaged to our sins"

Right now I'm at my cousins house so I'm able to connect to the site. For some reason on my main computer back at my house I haven't been able to connect for like a week. Tomorrow I plan on buying a new modem to see if it fixes my problem. But not being able to connect to the TDC is hell. I'm so happy I finally get to check up on some things. To make things even worse last week was a tough week. I am very allergic to poison ivy and I got it super bad this time. It spread to pretty much every where..even places where it shouldn't be. It's just now going down. It was on my hands and at my work I bag peoples foods and items, and I requested to take off so I didn't spread it to anyone but they wouldn't let me. I had spread it to at least 3 of the employees there, I just wonder if any of the customers got it lol. I just hope I will be able to fix my problem so I can come back on.

what happens when you try and connect? about a week ago i couldnt get on at my work computer OR home. it would just try and load the page for ages then say 'connection timed out'

a simple turn off. wait 30 seconds. turn back on... of both routers (work and home) reset them and fixed the issue for me!

I know the feeling though, it sucks not being able to get on. (i dont know the feeling of allergic poison ivy reactions though, sorry to hear about this!)

yeah, sorry to hear that! D: if that happens, just try to get in contact with us in some way or another, so we can try to look into it. you'll have to tell us what happens that you can't connect, though. like do you get some kind of error message? anyway, hopefully Nik's advice might help and you get things sorted soon!

The drive should take about 2 days with a stop somewhere to sleep in some dead-**** bogan town in rural NSW. I am taking the Newl Highway starting from the very bottom to the very top and going through Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. I have done this before by myself but this time I am bringing my girlfriend with me so it should be a bit more fun.

I loved the Tron visuals! I must've looked like this (http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e45/williamjuste/jaw-drop.jpg) the whole time in the cinema. I don't know what it is but neon lights and electronic music just seem to go right together. Maybe that would explain why Daft Punk did the soundtrack for Tron.
