Hi, my name's Diego and I'm from Uruguay, which is a small country in South America. My friend wikipedia says that:
Uruguay (official full name in Spanish: República Oriental del Uruguay; pron. IPA: [re'puβlika oɾjen'tal del uɾu'ɰwaj], Eastern Republic of Uruguay) is a country located in the southeastern part of South America. It is home to 3.3 million people, of which 1.7 million live in the capital Montevideo and its metropolitan area.
It is bordered by Brazil to the north, by Argentina across the bank of both the Uruguay River to the west and the estuary of RÃ*o de la Plata to the southwest, and the South Atlantic Ocean to the southeast. It is the second smallest independent country in South America, larger only than Suriname and the French overseas department of French Guiana.
enough trivia, now you know a little more geography! Anyways, I've loved Daft Punk since 2001, the first time I heard One More Time. I heard it on the radio and I fell in love, and was soon trying to find out more about these guys. I bought Discovery on an impulse and I've never regretted it. Since then, my musical tastes have changed a lot, I'm a music lover and like a LOT of very different genres. At the moment I'm loveing the whole Ed Banger/Frecnh electro scene, as well as some indie bands around. Justice and SebastiAn are AWESOME.
On 2006 Daft Punk came to Argentina and I crossed the little river that separates Uruguay from Argentina to see them. It was probably the best experience of my life, and I'm beyond word to describe it *tear*.
So, I found this site and I guess I'll be post ing here, I'd like to meet people who have similar musical interests than me. If you want to contact me:
