I had to share my Christmas present because its just so freaking awesome and surely there's some Yosuke Ueno fans around this place... I DID slightly modify the design though so the controller was like the NES one I had growing up.
Alternatively, I'm sure there's some Nintendo freaks around here too that can appreciate it...

He's one of the main designers of the original NES (I think?), his name sounds very familiar.

the art is amazing, and your tattoo is cool, looks equal exept for the extra mushroom, you wanted in that way, besides the flower?

Yeah. I wanted to have the 1-Up in there. And I drew my own cloud, the original one was a little too loose for a tattoo design, it wouldn't have translated well.

have you ever seen the Katamari Damacy series?

there are mushrooms all over the freaking place. small mushrooms, medium mushroom, giant taller~than~a~skyscraper mushrooms, there's even a Giant Space Mushroom (a "planet" if you will...). even one of the playable characters, Kinuko, is a mushroom! of course there are a crapload of other bizarre things (red pandas, sumo wrestlers, Loch Ness monsters, giant squids and octopi), but my friends and i always joke about how many mushrooms there are. XD

the creator apparently came up with the idea for the game randomly (and not high or anything), but man, it's definitely an acid trip of a game. i love it. <3333

Yar, I've seen my friends play Katamari and it freaks me out. I haven't played it though. This could be because I'm boycotting the Playstation...

Yar, I do.

I just have Playstation issues. It irritates me with its constant whirring and loading. I have it in my cupboard and I glare at it every so often.
