Please could anybody with Thomas and GuyMan autographed stuff post pix of the items?
I have a chance of getting an autographed poster and want to compare to see if its for real or not.

I didn't really want to spend $60 bucks on an autographed poster at one of the gigs I went to because who knows if its real.

And I respectfully refrained from asking DP to autograph my non-signed poster when I met them after the Denver gig :)

It looks pretty close to me - problem you'll find is from what I've seen they aren't consistent with their sigs but Guys is the one I am looking at - theres some tell tale signs its real like the style of Guys, as well as Thomas "07" is joined up the same as mine.

I saw a "signed" photo sell on ebay a few months ago and there was no doubt it was fake. This looks good to me.

Do you know where the seller got it from originally?

Nope. Probably from one of the shows.

it says "NIMES" below Thomas's signature, so i would bet either directly or indirectly from the Nîmes show.

though i can't really tell just from those two examples if it's legit. there are quite a few differences between the two, but they're kind of believable differences, if you know what i mean. you'd need more legit samples to definitely prove it one way or the other.

I´m agree with that...

But, compearing the two wr ahve there is a difference that is not a beliveble one, look at the T of Thomas... one starts straight from the bottom and the other from the top, thats no good...
And the min the MMNMNMMM thing of Guy-Man.. one kicks the lower case space and the oher doesent.. you will see

i've been a mod for a long while now... (since around mid/late November) lol either you haven't logged in in almost two months, or you just didn't noticed before.

My signature is different every time i do it. but the difference in the T's is a bit too different. i always write it the same way it just come out differently every time.

Bladez, are you sure the signatures on the poster you own are legit? If I recall correctly, you said you found the poster in a bag as a giveaway after attending the Electroma screening right? Did you confirm if it's actually their signatures? Like Piro said, we need more samples to confirm. Someone who bought a signed poster from a show needs to post it here.

The screening I went to was in London and was all over the net being promoted as a special screening with DVD and signed poster giveaways.

It seemed that no one bothered to turn up (I saw no other DP fans there - just a bunch of locals) as I was the only person who walked out of there with the bag containg said dvd and poster - I didn't even know it was signed until I got home and unrolled it - and there were 2 other bags in the locker behind the desk where he got mine from, so I would assume they were signed as well - no doubt about it, what I got was one of the "prizes".

I don;t know what happened to the other 2 bags though - my bro asked for one and got told no!

There u ahve the "T"" thing and the last "M" down in the second line...
See that the last stroke goes a little bit up.. and the T is obvious he started writting from the top...

Got this @ Alive '07 in The Netherlands (HMH)

I got it framed for way to much money... but i think its worth it.
