Deadmau5 is a producer/remixer/DJ from Toronto. While this isn't my favourite remix, it rocks the crowds nicely.

Check out his remix of "Cherry Twist" - The Crystal Method. That one's a real stomper.

I don't have time to listen to the remix now, but I do know Deadmau5. I have a remix of his on my iPod, and it's "The Longest Road" by Morgan Page feat. Lissie (Deadmau5 remix). I really like it, so I'll see about this song.

Uhhh...I know this is a bit of a bump for an old thread, but how exactly is this a fan-remix? Yes it's white label, but Deadmau5 is a professional musician. I thought fan-remixes were supposed to be by us as fans.

our definition of what makes something Remix or Fan Remix depends on how it was released. we try to limit threads in Remixes to remixes that were officially recognized by Daft Punk (ie, those released as B-sides for singles, or on the remix albums). since this song hasn't been released in such a way (to my knowledge anyway; if it has, let me know and i'll move it), then we're considering it "unofficial," so that's why it's been in Fan Remixes, even though Deadmau5 is an established artist. make sense?

well we kept the name as "Fans" because even if an artist is established, they probably wouldn't be doing a remix if they weren't a fan or didn't like the song in the first place. also, since the majority of songs discussed here are by fans who are more amateur artists like tdc members, kinda fits.

i can suggest a name change for you guys if that's what you'd like, but i don't think we'd be able to get to it very soon.
