Hot Chip

I see no-one has mentioned hot chip , i've been into these since they came to the uk doing the festival circuit a couple of years ago.
their album the warning had good reviews some good tracks (over and over,a boy from school).
their new single is out today(28/01)"ready for the floor" (has a soulwax remix on it)
and the album "made in the dark" comes out (feb/05)

Hot Chip is awesome live, but their Warning cd wasn't very good I though. I've heard some of "Made in the dark" and it seems like they are getting much better on cd.

i think the warning is a great album. love hotchips sound ( a little wimpy perhaps, but as i listen to chimaira and ministry as well i think i get away with it), they really are so fresh.i got the soulwax remix on the most of the remixes compilation a few months back.

i agree, their studio albums just sound a little too polished.
