I, for one, love the vocals in D.A.N.C.E and have just recently begun to enjoy DVNO so I'm not disagreeing with you there. But 'The Party' would be so much better if they had just left Uffie out of it. It's got this gorgeous beat, this wonderful bass and then...Uffie's voice makes me not want to listen to it. I'm sorry.

DVNO and the party are easily the two worst songs on cross. two utterly pointless guest vocalists makes two utterly pointless songs. the production on the party is good but not good enough to make it worthwhile. DVNO is a nothing song.

to get back onto the point, uffie cant rap at all, which is a major problem for a rapper to have (not necessarily a fatal one though- look at that waste of space 50 cent) but feadz is a top class producer and hes just about keeping her afloat.

either way, i have to agree with the comment that it was all over the place. but i think that review was way too harsh. i actually enjoy some of the songs, and while i still like the older stuff, she didn't have to put pop the glock on there which has been released four separate times, btw...

I had good expectations when I heard of it's release and this album totally met the criteria for a good album. So, screw you Uffie haters. This be a good album. don't get me wrong, i'm in no way an Uffie hater, I love her! Just the album doesnt seem to flow or have any direction. Thats not always a bad thing though, but I just found myself only liking a few tracks. Maybe its a grower. Time will tell.

its all in the production for me, so my favorite regular uffie songs are by Far:
Mcs Can Kiss (Oizo applies his genius) and Art of Uff (Oizo is so intimidating in this track)
i cant stand any of the stuff produced by mirwais, i have no clue who he is and it sounds to me like he generates lame pop music, some other favorites are Neuneu and Our Song

shes actually a good hip hop artist, i wouldnt call it real rap though..

How can you say that about Mirwais? I was excited when I heard he was producing this. Trust me he isn't some lame pop guy, although he did some stuff with Madonna. But his solo stuff is good. Listen to "Disco Science", if that doesn't change your mind then, oh well.
