hey guys!

this is turning out to be a great project! given the amount of remixes we have already, and if we keep getting remixes at this rate, we'll probably have about six volumes by the end of the year! depending on when we start putting together the tracklist of course.

by the way, i've been thinking about the formatting of the tracklist. i think the artist name should be daft punk, for legal reasons. for example intead of...

Tokyo Bass - Around the World

... I think it should be:

Daft Punk - Around the World (Tokyo Bass Remix)

Oh yeah, if we havent already, we should add Club Justice to the sites affiliates.

Having Daft Punk would really get disctracting and it would take up more space. Sorry, I'm picky about that.

A couple things that we need to say. We don't want a lot of HBFS and Technlogic remixes on Vol. 2. We want it all on those side projects. We also want more Homework and Human After All remixes.

I want to get the HBFS and Technlogic side projects started. I'm going to post a thread about that now.

One suggestion though. Can you use the shorter version of Teachers instead? It seems like the beginning is too long. Other than that, I like it.

Thanks! Bass issue, I guess it ended up that way because the only samples I used were from the songs themselves. I guess I didn't realize the bass was cut down on. I'll see what i can do. ;D

I was planning on mixing this one aswell because I have all the effects and transitions and stuff like that.

Am I putting the design together with Pixcell or is someone else making the artwork?

I still want Too Long & 10 Others to be on here because I have 2 mixes and a lot of others like Dark DJ and DJ Feego have like about 3 or 4 mixes. Sorry if I bothered anyone, it just feels like I'm not a big part of this project like I was on the last one.

DJ Pixcell & I were planning on putting it together again. If you have something else in mind, that's fine too. Beside I have to put the files on that archive site. The other one I stayed up till midnight to release it. I can do that again if you want.

That mixing thing works for me. I thought we were going to go with a school day. I've got a couple sounds. It'll take abit of tweaking and eiditng but it'll work. I'll go lloking for more sounds.

We (mostly Beasm) were planning on making as many volumes as we can until it doesn't become as popular or we don't have any mixes left or something like that.

plus we dont all sit around remixing all the time.

and i personally dont make as many daft punk remixes anymore, as i have my own solo stuff to make, plus another band and stuff...

I agree, HUMAN. As soon as RAA came out, everyone just had to make a remix. I have a few I would like to put into RAA3, but I'll stop following this if there's any more after that.

Ok. There's only going to be 3. I'm going to miss making these. I would like to make the cover for Vol. 3. I want it to have 2 discs and A LOT of artwork. So everyone, when Vol. 2 is completed, I'll make a thread for ONLY songs and another one for everything else. Anyone who can make artrwork, please make a cover for RAA Vol. 3 or just Daft Punk. I would like to have a booklet of all the artwork, and anyone who is good at writing, can you make a big discription for this. 2 is going to be good, 3 might be a little better. Who knows? What do you guys think of all of this?
