Interesting, I've never noticed this issue before, but I guess it has something to do with coding, stuff like that happens sometimes, so unless it caused a major error while browsing, I don't think it's a big issue. Did you notice anything unusual/not working when this happened (other than the .8)?

I've seen it. It's more like....when a page is page 1 then it'll show post 1through maybe 25. Well a 1.8 would show something like post 8 through post 32. Not so much .8 of a post.
