I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding you but could you pinpoint the places where it needs adjusments?
I'm unsure whether "the new beat" you refer to is the one that pops in when the sort of "scratching" alive instrumental turns up or it's when the Talking Keys comes in?

And regarding the off beat snare. Is that When the snare kinda jumps in at different times in the beginning of the Alive instrumental?

This is not a criticism in any way I just want to make it just right
