The reason / meaning for your usernames.
13th Feb 2009, 03:14 #1Why is you user name your user name, how did it come to be?
For me, being a filmmaker (not a very good one) I have come up with many different interesting names for my movies, including Inkthis, Johnycakes, The Pablo, The Pedro, Tony Nezmin, and Cubulo. So one day I was thinking of a good user name for another forum (before I joined DC) and I just thought.........CUBULO!!!!!!!!!! It was a perfect name. I decided to make it cooler so I changed it to CuBuLo. From then I have named my user name on everything CuBuLo.
13th Feb 2009, 03:18 #2I think I remember a thread like this a long time ago...but it's probably way back in the old pages so oh well.
Mine is just an alias I use on the internet. Nothing special about it. I'm a very minor fur; I don't go to cons, or yiff, or even hang out with furs, I just choose to represent myself with an animal alter-ego when on the internet. It's similar to how Daft Punk are Robots and Pants is a Skeleton. Well the animal I chose is a Pine Marten, which are my favorite animals ever. Jo is just a nickname of mine.~*

13th Feb 2009, 05:07 #5Mine is basically my 4 initials which I use for pretty much everything. The 014 is basically my favorite number for a lot of reasons, mainly because it's the day of my birthday. I've wanted to take it off from my username though.

A close friend of mine at work started calling me "PIck Nikki" as a nickname...and eventually it evolved into "Pick Knickers", which was mine and her combination on a long day. I am still Pick Knickers to this day....

13th Feb 2009, 07:17 #9My name is sorta simple. Sims refers to The Sims, which I love and own nearly every expansion pack. Cube is in reference to a Rubik's cube, which I've never been able to figure out. The two merged in this picture I made:

very early photoshop work for me...(made that a few years ago)
