well, it is not studio 45 it is spelled wrong.
it is studio 54 or DJ Kom, for Da Beat Goes On...
maybe just a typo but great news!

    hmm..

I don't think its official Daft Punk. I think its something made up by a record company..

They did the same thing with Digitalism..
    http://www.beatstreet.ca/product_inf...ist=Digitalism

    and the Chemical Brothers
    http://www.discogs.com/release/1618743

The label is "Digital Deck Recordings"

Which somewhat leads me to believe either it is something compiled by the label (kinda like the release of Discovered, daft punk had nothing to do with the release)

Its a fake. The tracklist for Digitalism's one is EXACTLY the same as the Essential Mix tracklist.
DAMN IT! That is such a good idea!

I wouldn't call it "fake". It is mixed by Daft Punk, it's just not "official".

More like an official release of a previously unreleased set. Similar, in a way, to what Liam Howlett did with "The Dirtchamber Sessions", but with much less involvement from the actual artist.
    ...Ah, well.
