What a tremendous loss for the world of music.
In all seriousness though, I think we'd all be a little more sympathetic if they hadn't resorted to such ridiculously underhanded marketing tactics over the course of their (brief) career. They probably had more tracks out under other artists' names than they did their own. It's kind of hard to feel sorry for a band like that.
Also I only give out rep for genuinely helpful comments but if I gave it for funny posts you'd all be Jewels In The Rough right now.

People, Daft friends, let me clear some things up. All those rumors...
The e-mail is real. You have to trust my word on that. Did I ever tell a lie? Nope. I'm #3...

TTT never did their own PR.
The guys only communicated in Justin.tv live chat box or in personal e-mails and pm's/personal chats with some people.
They had a little group of fans working on the social media infrastructure and website... Totally independent, no control, gave total freedom, or as they called it 'Superpowers' to some people like me (Soft Style) and 'Evil Admin' (I won't give personal name, I hate him because of the spam and bad name he gave TTT)

TTT didn't really care about our promoting activities. They only made music and had some fun with us, nothing more. Ok, TTT collaborated on some projects, like Coca Cola prank (hilarious, we laughed our asses of seeing the confusion....they fooled a lot of fake music fans with that hehehe but made a lot of those people enemies, haters... anyway TTT doesn't care), and some other video's, interviews, philosophies, but their main activities were to make music and to enjoy life.

But unfortunately (well, I am happy for them...) they have found a real full-time job. Far from each other, the twins are separated. So they decided to end this project.

It is sad. Such a big loss for this type of music. It was for me the best true independent music alive. I am so gonna miss it!

And I am afraid we never find such talented young fresh new producers again. :-(

Anyway, I hope they will have kids some day that find their old equipment and music files and secretly share it on internet.

All those unreleased music, the 7/8 untitled songs, Run Away Far Away, Revolution, Same Blood, Society song, One Life and the K33TI3 Song (AMAma)... Only bad quality live records exist of that now. I cherish them anyway. I don't need big companies, expensive productions, High Quality, PR & Marketing or Hypes to hear and decide for myself if music is good or not.

I just hope they can't resist uploading some stuff again some day.....

And I hope I made things clear with this very long post...

And please have some respect for new artists on this forum. It is the good electronic music that binds us, not the brand 'Daft Punk', right?

One day I will upload some unpublished footage, yes I still have some. It is not much but all we have now....

Wow man you got green text and you say you are the #3 of the twins. THAT IS SO CREEPY, monumental and yet the things you've written down are plain stupid. Building up some kind of mysterious universe takes some skill. Hating against the music industry and calling himself the new independent music revolution, creating fakes, being haughty and being disrespectful is not the way to go. And it is not like the world would need TTT's (sometimes badly produced) music, don't act like it would. I could prove every aspect of your post wrong but i am seriously fed up with this, excuse me, sh*t.
