I think this is a big hoax by a couple of bedroom producers, trying to get some attention.

They are probably behind the Rejected Soundtrack section on Wikipedia about Tron Legacy:

After listening to them some more I'm convinced that it is NOT daft punk. Some of the lyrics and vocal samples just don't seem to match their style. Like the vocals from Evil Mind are really hard to hear or understand, DP definitely would have mastered their vocal a little better I think

Plus, if they're daft punk, then who are the two guys in the pictures on TTT's myspace page, even as altered as they are it's pretty easy to tell it ISN'T thomas or guy
