Tron: Legacy Reconfigured
5th Feb 2011, 07:41 #1http://www.bleedingcool.com/2011/02/...um-on-the-way/
Do you think this is what they'll tour with?
The Tron: Legacy Reconfigured remix album is out in april 5th (or 15th on some sites). Some artists confirmed they were going to remix a track for it like:
Junkie XL, Skream, Robert Babicz, alex Metric, Kavinsky and others
But the album has already been confirmed (it's even on the tronsoundtrack.com site):

The Glitch Mob - "Derezzed"
M83 VS Big Black Delta - "Fall"
The Crystal Method - "The Grid"
Teddybears - "Adagio for Tron"
Ki:Theory - "The Son of Flynn"
Paul Oakenfold - "C.L.U."
Moby - "The Son of Flynn"
Boys Noize - "End Of Line" (Boys Noize Remix)
Kaskade - "Rinzler"
Com Truise - "Encom Part II"
Photek - "End of Line"
The Japanese Popstars - "Arena"
Avicii - "Derezzed"
Pretty Lights - "Solar Sailer"
Sander Kleinenberg - "TRON Legacy (End Titles)"Last edited by digital*aria; 5th Mar 2011 at 16:20.

Re: Tron: Legacy Reconfigured (New Remix Album?)
5th Feb 2011, 08:49 #2New remix album? This will be awesome
Re: Tron: Legacy Reconfigured (New Remix Album?)
5th Feb 2011, 14:40 #3The Amazon page given by the linked article now refers to a Tron: Legacy CD with the apparent release date of December 31st 2020.
Though I did see the product you're referring to before the page was changed.
If such a thing is to be released, I'd like to see some Daft Punk remixes, even though I doubt it. The remixes I've heard all over Youtube and Soundcloud have been pretty "meh", in my opinion.
But who am I kidding? If it's an official release I probably end up buying it anyway
Re: Tron: Legacy Reconfigured (New Remix Album?)
5th Feb 2011, 14:42 #4Seems like they changed the info on Amazon now. But this is really interesting. A remix album like Daft Club would be great, but another Tron album where Daft Punk themselves remix or reinterpret the Tron Legacy soundtrack would be... amazing. We'll just have to wait and see.

5th Feb 2011, 16:45 #6Just as a heads up, if anyone wants to see the Amazon page for the Tron Legacy: Reconfigured, it's on Amazon.co.uk, for now: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tron-Legacy-...920438&sr=1-10
Re: Tron: Legacy Reconfigured (New Remix Album?)
5th Feb 2011, 18:34 #7I hope that this is going to be what Daft Punk would do for a soundtrack for a dance club LOL. I hope that this is like a rendition of the soundtrack if they were making a studio album. Or new tracks or something like that, but I need more Daft!

Re: Tron: Legacy Reconfigured (New Remix Album?)
5th Feb 2011, 19:52 #8Well the amazon page says it's being released by Disney, surely they wouldn't release it and even if they did why release it before the tour has finished? I thought live albums came after live performances. Also it says various artists so i'm thinking this is the soundtrack remixed by other DJ's? Disney has every right to do that i think so it wouldn't surprise me. I mean it's not unlike Disney to milk everything.

Deadmau5 could have remixed a track for the album?
