Thomas B helmet Casts for sale

I just got done making a mold of my thomas helmet and figured i would see if anyone is interested in buying casts. I was thinking price would be about $225 for the cast. This would still need to be sanded some filler etc, visor hole, mouth, nose holes cut with a dremel, and painted and visor made.

It isnt perfect (volpin) but its pretty good, and definitely better than many i have seen.

This helmet was made for me and im 6'4" so tiny head people may find it a bit roomy

I may also entertain offers for complete helmets with holes cut, painted, visor installed, led board installed etc, but be aware it will take time as i have a full time job M-F.

*Guy Man helmet is a sporgo cast that i finished and assembled the led array for, so thanks to him for that one. Gloves were made from molds from Volpin hand casts and attached to leather gloves

I think you have a nice helmet there, and for a good price. Definitely one of the better alternatives I have seen. I'd love to see one with a real chrome finish.

On a side note, can I ask how you casted these? slosh casting or roto-casting?

Made the mold with smooth-on rebound 25. Shelll with plasticoat, and then slush casted. Tedious process. But as long as you take your time it comes out great.

6 different messages, but it has to be switched manually by a button
