I know it's wikipedia and not 100% reliable, but let's face it it seems like it'll take longer than we thought. But at least those lazy-ass mother****ers are working in the studio :P

The interview is nowhere to be found on the internet, and the reference wikipedia gives does not say where it got the info from, it merely states " Did you know that Danger has produced albums by The Black Keys, Beck, and is even slotted to produce Daft Punk’s new album when it hits shelves in 2013?". Such a ****ty article, i mean at least say where you got that information from. I call BS.

somebody posted a link to an interview with danger mouse from a lyrics website that said the same thing. but within 20 minutes of me seeing it here (as in the 'Official Daft Punk Website' thread) it was taken down. and yes, don't trust wikipedia.

Nah, I don't exactly see Danger Mouse and Daft Punk together tbh. I mean they're both in my top three groups/artists/musicians and I love all of Mouse's discography but he's been steadily going away from electronica lately with Rome and Broken Bells and El Camino. So unless Damon is involved as well I just don't see that happening. But on the other hand this new album is supposed to be less electronica than before rumor has it so who knows. lol Would be a cool collaboration but maybe as a one off type thing.
