First thing is first...thanks to Volpin for his blueprints and his sites and tips
if you are familar with his work then you prolly wont see anything new here.

after the mdf frame was made this happened


resin then bondo'd


made the visor and lower cheeks and mouth piece.


this little piece drove me nuts....but I am satisfied...

thanks! yea i couldnt wait for volpin to be available to make one for me but im glad he didnt because i picked up a new skill haha...check on craigslist ...i got mine for cheaaaap

looking good, if i were to give you one tip it would be to make the front visor part out of at least 2mm plastic.. the more precise and sturdy the front is the better.. also- ensure that the bit for the clear visor is consistently the same size all the way round.

Something seems off about the chin size. Looks a little Leno-ish to me. Otherwise it looks good. Can't wait to see it unfold.

oh yea..excuse me. that was the old chin...i leveled it out a little more and volpin also told me he used apoxie sculpt to round out the chin and make a straighter..
and yea yes im making the gloves as well, i already have my hands cast for that.
