I am doing this from a different approach.... I am really improvising but trying to make more of an inspired helmet...so it doesn't really matter which one. It will be more of the tron version though.

I looked further into it and will attemp to create my own vacuum forming machine and experiment. Should I fail epically (is that a word?) to make a visor, I will contact you. = P
