Never heard of Ariel Pink.

So was Daft Punk involved in the creation of this or is it just someone using the existing song and making it their own?

What I mean, were they involved in the creation process or did they just license out the use of the music?

Ariel Pink is a seriously talented artist - his album Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti was one of last year;s best.

I suspect this is legit, although I could be wrong.

looks like someones trying to make some money out of the tron score -_- like disney with reconfigured. Daft Punk must've made big bucks with Tron:legacy. Lets hope they have enough money now to not be tempted by big dollar signs from companies so they can make some independent music

My guess is that we are going to see more of these types of releases, as Disney gives different artists the right to remix and rework the Tron Legacy material. They own the rights to all this material and can license it out without Daft Punk being involved.

Now if they'd just let the artists release their remixes that were created for Reconfigured yet not put on for whatever reason it'll all be good.
