Inverse layering could get you somewhere, although the acapella isn't perfect if you don't align it perfectly.

Re: mothership reconnection acapella (HOW DO I DO THIS?!!)

The original version of Mothership Reconnection was a house track sampling "Mothership Connection" by Parliament. DP's remix was essentially a less schizophrenic version of the original, except for the intro, which was made in the style of old-school 80's electro. The "if you hear any noise" and "hit me" parts were sampled from the original Parliament track, presumably from an acapella obtained by Scott Grooves for the purpose of creating the original and given to Thomas and Guy to make the remix. The "it's just me and the boys" and "you gotta hit the band" parts were created by them with some sort of vocoder. As far as I'm aware neither part is readily available, nor are there any instrumental versions of either that you could use phase cancellation to get an acapella from.

tl;dr - There are no "original samples" to be found... however the Daft Punk remix starts out with just the vocals and a simple drum beat, so depending upon what your exact intent is for using the acapella I doubt the drums would be particularly distracting. I'd recommend just looping the intro.
