Okay, so hopefully this post goes through. I posted the last time, and I don't think that admin liked it. Anyways, requested by some people, here are some pictures of my Daft Punk helmet in progress.

It still needs a lot of sanding and bondo so I am completely aware of that.

Hey Guys! Sorry I haven't updated in a while (man have I been lazy!) JK. I have been super busy with High School and been away from home for Spring Break so I haven't been able to work on my Guy Manuel helmet that much. I just feel bad because I know that Guy Man is scared of being all alone in the dark.

Anyways, in my free time, I have been working diligently on sanding the body of the helmet and prepping the visor for vacuum forming. My plan once I repair the visor, is to apply notecards around the inside of the visor sorta like this. This is just an idea picture of what I hope it to look like. It is not actually the real thing. The picture is me beginning to repair my visor.

Once the notecards are glued in and resined, I'll apply bondo- dyed with food coloring- until it matches the thickness of the visor itself (and don't forget sanding it! The best part of it all!) I am doing this to make sure the visor will not be too small when attaching it to the actual helmet.

I'll try to post some pictures next weekend of my progress.

Haha, I havent done anything with my helmet in like a month, dont you just love busy school stuff </sarcasm> Anyway, it sounds like your making some good progress keep at it!
