that foam looks perfect Crank, when mine was in big blocks like that on the frame i cut a very basic shape with a plasterboard saw then went at it with the orbital sander........which was sooooooo much fun

I bet the orbital will eat through that foam. Great start!

Oh Yeah....I already tried my sander on a scrap piece and it shapes nicely. I probably won't get anything done on it this weekend, but Next week should be more productive.

Hey guys, I'm sorry for the lack of updates that have been happening on this thing....I have three other DP helmets to finish first so Work on this has halted to a degree, but I want to get back into it soon so look for some updates in the coming week or two!

    Thanks guys!

    Re: Guy Manuel TRON Build

    Including the tron one........4.

I have my Volpin Thomas I'm trying to finish. That one is in the prep stage before paint. I also have my Thomas build for my Little brother, which is almost done. Then I have my guy manuel helmet I'm making for a friend......all that one needs is a coat of paint and the wire hair on the back put on.

    Soon guys.....soon.
