GIF not working

i posted a gif that i made on gif soup of the dog in
Da Funk but the animation does not work (note i saved it to my computer cuz i had to shorten the amount of frames than i uploaded it)



EDIT: what i ment was i had to shorten the frames to have it as my signature it was like 25 frames then i shortened it to about 15 cuz i would get an error message on THIS SITE that said it was too much data when it was 25 frames

I figured it out the site says something like if its got to be this bla bla bla size or 100kb (whichever smaller) so the gifs im uploading are to big to animate but not too big to upload

I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Could you link me to the gif on GIFSoup?

Okay, so I figured out a little bit.
See, a GIF image can't be seen in a computer, like you save the image in your computer, and you open it, it will not shown.
But, I also think that you meant that you downloaded the video, shorten it, and made it a GIF?
I can make you one if you want (it will be more easier for me) and send you the link of it.
If so, can you tell when in what minute your GIF starts and when it ends?

I've had problems getting animated gifs to cooperate numerous times, they're picky little devils. If you're uploading it directly to the Daft Club, it might be too big (in pixel X pixel or file size) to animate. I would try uploading it off-site (try Tinypic) and then posting it in your sig.

That's true. I remember a long time ago there was one person who had a large animated gif in their signature, and every time I scrolled past their posts, it would hang the page up for a couple of seconds. It got really annoying, so since then I've just had all signatures disabled.
