network analysis software

something completely not relevant to music what so ever.

Does anyone know a proper network analysis program?

I tried out Gephi, but thats just crap. And i am looking at SPSS, but I'm not quite sure whether it will work.

So yeah, if you know a analysis program that can produce some interesting and needly arranged lay-outs of networks, please let me know

What exactly don't you like about Gephi? PSPSS is an alternative to SPSS, perhaps it has what you are looking for. I've also heard decent things about wireshark, maybe you should check it out. I'm not too experienced with this type of software, so my help is very limited.

how old were you guys again....

thanks churro! it may be limited, but it's help. Gephi was not what i needed. There you draw the dots and lines your self and then name them. Im looking for something that draws them for you. My experience with this software is also very new and limited, but i have to start working with this type of software for my studies.

I'll try out your suggestions and see if i can find them.

Just downloaded wireshark. Looks very nice! i think this is what i need! Got to go through a tutorial though. I open Gephi again, ill try to compare the two, maybe Gephi isn't as bad as i think it is.
