    Hey guys, searched for this but couldnt find the answer I wanted...
    so, I need to make a Thomas visor but NO WHERE here sells petg sheets...
    where online I guess do you guys purchase your sheets?
    also, what thickness...

    I get my sheets from local thermoformer since they have some already tinted.
    You can find sheets on Ebay and amazon,regarding thickness I like .040 and .060.

    I think you should go for the thickness Beastman said. Since the plastic is a lot thinner, I don't think you need to vacuum form it. You can simply just fit it inside the the helmet without heating it up.
