Vacuum form box??

Anyone that has built a vacuum form box..How big was the box you made?? Im looking to make a box just big enough to vacuum form a Guy-man visor. How big do you think it will need to be?

For a Guy Visor, I would recommend a 24x24 box so you can form 24x24 PETG sheets.

Thanks guys...Thats kinda what I planned on doing so I didnt have to deal with cutting the PETG...but I also didnt want to waste any if I didnt have to.
