TRON Punk, It Begins!

Hey all, so I have recently started on my TRON Punk costume. I will try and post progress pics up and so on.
Many thanks to Mark for all his LED work!
anyways...
it is powered with 8 AA batteries which lasts 6+ hours according to the site.

since you cant really get the exact shapes I need I am just going to cut it into the shape I need and use Velcro to hold it in place.

Also, EL Tape is much brighter than people think.

Obviously its not bright in daylight but that's alright

Thanks guys, I got your comment on youtube lol. I have not had a chance to bend them more, a bit afraid to, my first attempt at it went well....not good
oh and as for the jacket and pants, I just bought a plain white Track jacket and track pants. I may add the detail to them at some point but its not too important to me. the costume will mainly be seen in a dark setting and everyone will be paying more attention to the lights anyways lol

That acrylic has quite a lot of give to it, I bent it a lot and it didn't break.....If they don't work out I got some thinner stuff coming we could try!

That would be EL Tape.
