Com Truise
10th Aug 2012, 21:55 #1Didn't seem to be a thread for this guy, which baffles me infinitely.
Com Truise is the stage name of Seth Haley. Com Truise's synthesizer-heavy production work, influenced by 1980s musical styles, was first offered on the Cyanide Sisters EP, which was initially a free download from the AMDISCS label and was reissued digitally by Ghostly International. A remix of his appeared on the Tron: Legacy Reconfigured album soon after. In June 2011 he released his first full-length album, Galactic Melt. Last month he released In Decay, an album of "B-Sides", songs that didn't make the cut for previous releases.
I think this guy makes some hugely quality stuff, very retro. I think that his next release should have some variation though, it's getting a little stale. I know it's a B-Side album or w/e but In Decay felt a bit redundant.

Re: Com Truise
12th Aug 2012, 19:12 #3I have just briefly started listening to some of his tunes. I have heard his name a couple of times but never gave him a listen (I guess the name kinda threw me off).
I have to say from the few minutes I've heard his stuff, he might actually become my favorite artist ever. The synth work he does on his tracks is amazing.
