How did you discover them?

Simple enough question... how did you discover the band? Where was the first place you heard them etc?

Around the World video..during summer in France, 97. So i bought the Around the World Single on CD.

in France same week Discovery came out.

I don't remember, but in the past I downloaded some of their songs not realizing how great they were. But I happened upon the "One More Time" video on youtube and was changed.

From then on I have loved them.

It all started Spring Break 2001. I was watching MTV and all of a sudden I see this music video. That music video would be One More Time and I was hooked after seeing the video everyday.

Then I saw the Toonami special with all 4 music videos and I was more hooked. I also remember the GAP commercial

i actually was really intrigued by the occasional flashes of the blue anime people video i had seen previous to the toonami special, but i actually went out and bought discovery the day after they showed the first four vids on toonami. :3

What country was the GAP commercial shown in?

i know it was definitely shown in the u.s. since i saw it when it was on tv. whether or not it was shown in other countries, i'm not sure.

First heard One More Time on a flight from Baltimore to Dublin. Then I saw the first 4 videos on Toonami's Midnight Run Special Edition and I was hooked from there.
