time to figure out what those machines are that they are using. I was just expecting a macbook and a screen with a wireless mouse probably.

I find it very sad you said that.

But they way they mix and do their stuff live it would involve something a little more comprehensive than a mouse. So he wasnt too far off.
But it would be sad if that was just the case.

22nd Apr 2007, 05:37 #13Yeah I was just kidding. I def have more respect and believe in the artistic Genious that is daft punk to realize that they do much more work than even the simple viewer probably assumed that they did standing in that pyramid. Anyone recognize those midi controllers?
22nd Apr 2007, 07:26 #14My friends did recognized them, but I can't find this topic on polish Daft Punk forum...
They only use samplers, that's all.
23rd Apr 2007, 04:25 #15HOLY ****, it's the pyramid!!!!!!
it seems so much bigger from the outside... odd.
I saved it to my photos, thanks a trillion Hani. I think it's cool how it has little wheels, and they have speakers for themselves.
I like the picture alot, so much so, that I want to make it my default myspace picture.
23rd Apr 2007, 05:19 #16the "speakers for themselves" you're talking about, jace, are probably just moniters. same thing that pretty much every live musician uses.
but as for the rest of you guys, what's so sad about a macbook and a mouse? in videos of live sets, i've seen thomas use a [mac] computer. i'm sure there's other stuff he's using in addition, though...

23rd Apr 2007, 05:41 #17yeah in he's live set he's at his laptop with a mixing board on the side to control filters and mixers and stuff. That's what i was refering to in my previous comment. I don't really mind, still takes skill.
23rd Apr 2007, 17:11 #18omg...Daft Punk has stood there........*faints*
Great picture hani ^__^ There is a LOT less stuff in there then i thought there would be.
