Does that mean we can expect a 'Kindercut 2' so to speak?

yo WHAT about "Kindercut," in either its Total or leaked version, is actually from that Sneaky Soundsystem song? i listened to "UFO" once and couldn't place any of the elements.

also i was there that night @ Webster. sounds pretty good here, but **** it was the worst way to see SebastiAn ever: i had to wear a HUGE winter coat and backpack because coat check had just closed, and the sound system was ~30% as loud as it needed to be. i shouldn't be able to talk to the person next to me when i'm 10 rows back from mother****ing SebastiAn

    Nothing, that's the point :P

Sneakysound System rejected SebastiAn's orignal remix of UFO, so in order to get it released he had to strip every single sample he used in it and replace them.... Or so the story goes

    Re: SebastiAn

Hey, so I was listening to the dark prince's Human After All remix today. Think he got the background chimes inspiration from the almost identically used background chimes of Harder Better Faster Stronger (starting 2:40)?

EDIT: while i'm at it, in the second verse of the Bossy remix there's a sample that sounds a lot like the Robot Rock guitar. Not saying its a straight sample, but I'd definitely say it's an influence.

Anyone agree with me or am I just crazy? haha

my god, the way the first chord of the drop on "cheap and cheerful" just disintegrates the last syllable of the vocal is incredible. this is my favorite remix of all time.

    Re: SebastiAn

okay, i gotta face it: just listened to Remixes in lossless quality for the first time (used to have a really subpar rip), and SebastiAn undeniably was on some other **** back in the day. i listened right afterwards to my favorite post-2008 remix, "Time to Dance," and it's maybe up to the same standard of the weakest on Remixes, maybe even "Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win" too. but on the whole, not even close. even stuff i never really gave a fair chance on Remixes before, like "Texas" and "We Danced Together," are just brilliant. i got high hopes for Van She and the other couple remixes we know Seb's got up his sleeves right now, but damn! i wish i was really into him back in '07, '08, that must have been an incredible time. his music was so multi-dimensional back then, so adventurous and crazy.
