just some small extras, retrospective to the election in france (only the gaite lyrique show, coronet london was a normal set)

At the very beginning of the show (before "La Marseillaise"), this clip was shown:



When the face of the elected president displays, it was actually Sebastian's, and when the two hosts pronounced "François Mittérand" (name of the French president who was elected in 1981), the audio was overlaid with a nice "SEBASTIAN" with some huge bass in the background (it sounded like it was sampled from Mr. Oizo's "Intra", the intro to Ed Rec. Vol. 2, when the voice says Sebastian's name). It was pretty epic since everyone was expecting the beginning of the Marseillaise remix but we got this little treat instead.

Also during the show, I noticed new images related to the recent French election incorporated in the video clips.

maybe someone can help me out...i'm still searching for this CD...it has threnody on it...last promo i need to fullfill my collection, even got all the remixes now on vinyl and cd

Like the Breakbot theory. Krazy Blaghead is doing something with this Empty Boy campaigin in like 12ish days, maybe thats his next EP with a SebastiAn remix on that?

Kavinsky does have an album that should be out... maybe this rumoured Death from Above 1979 album may have a remix, hahahaha oh i don't know ...

Death from Above 1979 remixed by Sebastian? that's way too delicious, won't ever happen sidenote: DFA 1979 is my favourite band

Pop The Glock Remixes: one was released on Ed Banger Records, the other on Arcade Mode
they're slightly different, i prefer the second one, it's heavier

WELL, there are a few that are pretty decent:

- notre jour viendra remixes (dr. strangedub remix is quite good): 'dies irae' (dr. strangedub's horrifying remix), 'rode' (hack the system remix)

- 'embody' remixes (agno3 remix is pretty great, jirowave remix is fun): agno3 remix, jirowave remix, jnathyn remix

- always wished for 'tough games' to be longer ('head/off' vibe to it): holocron remix
