what the hell do I do, can I have my dad get us in if he goes or what, can my friend and I just slide in with driver's lisences?

Well I got into Alive 07 with a driver licence.
Try one. Make sure it's good!

Same thing happened to me last month for a RRIICCEE show. The problem was that it was 21+ so we didn't bother.
I assume you might be good with your driver's license if you can get on the bouncer's good side if it's only 18+.

Then people have got NO idea how to spot them
bouncers are harder.
