D.A.F.T. sucks and you can just watch it on YouTube. Electroma sucks too. Interstella 5555 is their only good film so far in my opinion, and they should make more like it.

You should include "just kidding" in this kind of cases! Remember youa re in a Daft Punk Forum

This is not a threaten or something liek that. But it didn´t felt like a good comment. I know Daft Punk have fails, but you cannot say that D.A.F.T. is a bad movie because is not a movie, its some kind of compilation, and as Elektroma, is a studied film by every Movie Direction student...

Whoah ... there is just like, so much bad English grammar going on here that I feel like I'm playing Zero Wing ...

Anyway I'm just expressing my honest opinion. Daft Punk generally makes really good music and really boring films, except for Interstella 5555.

The reason I think D.A.F.T. sucks isn't because it isn't a coherant movie, it's because I just don't think the music videos were very good or interesting.

Interstella 5555 was amazingly good.

Electroma would have been good if it were reduced to a short film of about 20-30 minutes tops. It has a good choice of songs goin on but the long and boring drive and trek through the desert are just plain boring and I hope future film makers will ignore those parts because otherwise we are in for some really boring movies in the future. Still, Electroma is probably good only when compared to the rest of the "Extremely long and boring independent films with no words" genre.

Let's not forget that before D.A.F.T.'s release, there was no such thing as a Music DVD or those kinda DVDs with compiled videos/interviews... etc. It has become the norm for artists to release these kinda DVDs these days, but back then it was an unusual and new idea.
