I think that's actually what the lyrics for The Imperials song says.

Of course it's mainly "Oh Yeah!" all the way through. But you can also hear some muffled lyric samples throughout.

I asked DJ Crabbe (one half of Jess & Crabbe and one of the dudes DP collaborated with on Oh Yeah) about it on twitter, and he's confirmed it says "everybody, girls screaming on the dancefloor".

I recently asked DJ Crabbe -

Louis La Roche - "I've always wondered, what did you and Deelat do on 'Oh Yeah'? Did you F*ck around with the distortion, or program the drums?"

DJ Crabbe - "We mainly did the voices and a bit of this and that, but not alot to be honest"

Louis La Roche - "Ah so those cool 'YEAHH BABY' are actually you guys?"

DJ Crabbe - "Yeah but mainly we just smoked spliffs..."

So there you have it, the secret to the success of 'Oh Yeah' is smoke weed haha.
