    From the Wii Menu >>>> Message Board (right down corner icon)>>> then look at the left down corner and you'll see a bunch of icons, one of them will show you your Friend Code (I can't remember exactly which but I think it's somewhere near Address Book) >>> write down the code and post it here.

    And to add codes, choose the Register option from the Address Book.
